By: our tech editorsThe founder and CEO of Tesla wanted to postpone the matter until February next year, Twitter wanted to hurry. That company bet on September, so the court is closer than to Musk’s desired date.
Musk had signed an agreement with Twitter for an acquisition worth 44 billion dollars (about 43.6 billion euros). The billionaire planned to take Twitter to the next level with his own hands.
According to him, Twitter had the potential to become “the global platform for freedom of expression”, but that promise has not been fulfilled under the current administration.
