Earlier, an Aldi trial was announced with a checkout-free store in London. Albert Heijn previously opened such a robot supermarket in the Netherlands. This ultramodern AH to go was located in a kind of container on the square in front of Schiphol Plaza. It was a trial of a few months. Amazon already has dozens of checkout-free stores in the United States, which are called Amazon Go.
