Huhkajat icon Paulus Arajuuri is HJK’s man.

HJK has signed a player contract Paulus Arajuuren with. The topper, who rose to iconic status in Huuhkaj, last represented Cyprus’ main league, Anorthos. After the end of the season, he has been without a club.
HJK did not reveal the length of Arajuure’s contract yet. The player has already trained with the Club.
The 34-year-old Jykevä defender has represented HJK and farm club Klubi 04 in 2007. However, he made his real ascent to the national top in IFK Mariehamn, from where the road led to Europe.
Arajuuri, who recently finished his national team career, played 58 matches in Huuhkaj and was one of the team’s key players in last year’s EC final tournament.
Also Arajuru’s long-time top pair from the national team Joona Toivio are currently HJK’s men.
