“That map is not a suitable starting point”, responds Henk Jumelet, administrator at the province of Drenthe. The fact that that map goes with the old paper does not mean that the province now goes into holiday and chill mode and grabs a cocktail. “We are definitely going to get started. And we have been that for a long time. We have a nitrogen problem. We have to restore nature.”
