FC Emmen has signed Fernando Pacheco for next season. He is rented from Club Sporting Cristal.
The 23-year-old Pacheco is a strong and fast attacker. He left Club Sporting Cristal, where he enjoyed much of his youth academy, in 2020 for an adventure with Fluminense and Juventude in Brazil.
Permanent force at Peru’s national youth team
In January 2022, he returned to Club Sporting Cristal. He is also a permanent force in the national youth teams of Peru. Chairman Ronald Lubbers believes that FC Emmen has an excellent player for the club with Fernando. “He has already proven himself as a winger in South America and we are convinced that he can do the same with us in the Eredivisie.”
