It seems that the Caroline Tensen show One Against 50 has lost a bit of its luster. The viewing figures have been disappointing for some time and the people who do watch are mainly in the older target group.
Yesterday, on Sunday evening, RTL 4 broadcast a repeat of Postcode Loterij: One against 50 after Beat the Champions (496 thousand viewers and 11 percent market share). The TV show by Caroline Tensen attracted 580 thousand viewers (14 percent). She was surpassed by NPO 1’s Classics with Kleinsma (602 thousand and 14 percent).

The scores of both Caroline and Simone are quite disappointing, says viewing figures professor Tina Nijkamp. “Caroline and Simone both score moderately and especially in the older target group. After Floortje, only half of the market share remained for Simone in the target group 20 to 54 years, namely 7.9 percent.”
She continues on her channel: “Caroline scored even less, only 6.3 percent market share. That is far too little for RTL 4. It is striking that Martijn simultaneously scored no less than 14 percent on RTL 5 with a repeat of Buy Without Watching. What a hit that program is.”
Floor on one
The big winner in prime time was Floortje Naar Het Einde Van De Wereld with 1.1 million viewers (24 percent) on NPO 1. “This season was broadcast in ‘tufts’, so as a viewer you were surprised every time with a new episode. Fortunately, her viewing figures have not suffered.”

SBS 6 disappoints
SBS 6 did not do much worse than RTL 4 yesterday. After Het Roer Om (434 thousand and 10 percent), Stegeman op de Bres managed to charm an audience of 311 thousand viewers (7 percent).
RTL 4 does not currently have a late Sunday evening talk show. After the summer, the channel will broadcast a late night talk show seven days a week.

Other programs that did not make the top 15 include Shownieuws (402 thousand), Editie NL (332 thousand) and vtwonen (318 thousand).
