Officers were forced to use pepper spray and an electric shock weapon, after which the man lost consciousness, police said. Officers and medical workers tried to resuscitate him, but were unsuccessful. He died on the spot.
Because someone has died and agents are involved in this case, the National Criminal Investigation Department is investigating. That is common in such cases.
