In the first weekend of the follow-up competition, it became clear that Amsterdam Pirates and Neptunus are not inferior to each other. Pirates did take the lead thanks to two wins. HCAW moves into second place thanks to two wins against Twins Oosterhout.
After completing the main division, the league is divided into two new leagues: the top four and the bottom five. In the top four, the teams take with them the points they have achieved against the other top four clubs.
With that, Neptunus led the way, but after Pirates’ 6-0 and 3-2 victory, the Amsterdam-squad leads with sixteen runs. HCAW won two games against Twins Oosterhout to move up the ranking. Like Neptunus, the Bussumers have fourteen points. Pirates leads with sixteen points.
Later in the season, two clubs from the bottom five will move on to participate in the play-offs. In it, DSS/Kinheim, RCH, Hoofddorp Pioniers, Quick Amersfoort and Storks play.
