Dutch shopping advice platform comes to Germany

Maison365, a platform for personal shopping for women’s fashion, is expanding to Germany.

After the Dutch company has opened up the Belgian market, it is also launching in Germany today, Maison365 announced on Thursday. Previously there was already a soft launch on the local market.

“We are proud that we can take this step so quickly. Maison365 is currently experiencing healthy growth and it is therefore very fitting right now to expand the business internationally,” said CEO Maarten Valk. “We want to make Maison365 the number one personal styling service in the Netherlands and its neighboring countries.”

The company was able to double its sales last year and has since planned to bring the service to Germany.

Maison365 was founded in 2016 “based on an idea by fashion entrepreneur and stylist Danie Bles to harness the power of the internet and big data to bring personal shopping to a wider audience,” the statement reads. The company sends its customers several outfit sets based on their profile data. The selection is refined through discussions with stylists via e-mail, telephone or WhatsApp.
