The mercury will rise sharply in the coming days. During the weekend, tropical temperatures of between 30 and 33 degrees are even expected.

Although it will be ‘only’ 23 to 24 degrees on Tuesday, the temperature will rise to about 26 to 28 degrees on Wednesday and Thursday.
Weekend
Tropical temperatures are then expected on Friday and Saturday. Then the mercury rises to 30 and 33 degrees. “It will then be slightly oppressively warm and Saturday evening and in the following night there is a chance of some thunderstorms,” writes Meteo Limburg. The weather cools down quite a bit on Sunday.
Pinkpop
With the expected weather forecast, it may be the warmest Pinkpop edition ever. Visitors to the festival in Landgraaf are therefore advised to bring enough sunscreen. With a strong sun force 8, a non-lubricated skin can already bandage after 10 minutes. “Bring a hat or cap. Apply yourself well, but also drink plenty of water or soft drinks in between. So not just alcohol. We have plenty of drinking points,” says Pinkpop manager Niek Murray.
