The Finnish women’s under-18 national hockey team has won a bronze medal at the World Championships in Wisconsin, USA.

Sanni Vanhanen scored three goals when Finland beat Sweden 3–0 in the bronze medal.

The match went unpaved well over halfway before Vanhanen hit for the first time. The winning goal born in 35.04 was marked as a scorer Adalmiina Makkonen and Tilli Keränen.

In the final round, Vanhanen hit in less than five minutes twice and finished his hat trick. The second goal was scored after a good six minutes of play, and it was fed Ada Eronen.

Keränen grabbed the second entry point from Vanhanen’s third hit, which was born in 51.15.

Rejected with Finnish paint Emilia Kyrkkö fought 35 times in front of his zero game.

The World Cup was originally scheduled to take place in January in Sweden, but had to be canceled due to a corona pandemic.

The International Hockey Federation justified the decision with the worsening coronavirus situation. The December decision was heavily criticized, as only days later the World Championships for men under the age of 20 were due to start in Canada.

The races for men under the age of 20 were allowed to start on the day of the slaughter, but in the end they too had to be canceled due to the infections and canceled matches received by the players.
