The mafia order seems unbeatable. After all, the users crave drugs. Without drug users, there is no drug trade. But in the western world we don’t want to talk about users. We don’t want to tell the drug users that they end up financing the murder of lawyers, journalists or other innocent people. We obviously find it inappropriate to question the financial building blocks of the crime empire. That is why it is mopping with the tap open.
