Ukrainian farmers in Donbas are planting seasonal vegetables, despite the fierce fighting surrounding them in the east of the country. The farmer Evhenii Evheniievich has no intention of leaving his town of Soledar: “Every day we hear shelling, but we have to live, survive.” He and some of the other inhabitants have nowhere to go, they just go on with their lives. Several missiles lie in their fields, a testament to the constant threat.
