Handball Bundesliga team HSG Wetzlar has to do without his backcourt player Stefan Cavor in the final spurt of the season.
The 27-year-old Montenegrin suffered a tear in the anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee during the final training session for the league game against SC DHfK Leipzig on Saturday evening. Cavor is threatened with a nine-month forced break.
Before their last three games of the season, Wetzlar is still hoping to take part in a European Cup competition.
