The average absenteeism rate in December was 4.9 percent. That is a small decrease compared to the 5.1 percent registered a month earlier, according to new figures from ArboNed and HumanCapitalCare on Thursday. Despite the slight decrease, absenteeism remains “exceptionally high”, according to the health and safety services.
