Somehow I’m getting the impression that Inter Milan is now trying to build on AC Milan, which was very successful in the mid-2000s with its “oldie squad” around Maldini and Co…. but does that make sense in the long run? I don’t know today, I don’t think so, I think you should get a healthy mix of young and old 😛 4-5 old hands Ü30 or older The rest should stay under 28…. with a “oldie squad” can it’s just the AC somehow to bring what
Rannochia, Kolarov, Perisic are definitely gone after the season
Handanovic, Cordaz, D’Ambrosio, Caicedo (loan) have expiring contracts that will probably not be renewed
That left 5 players over 30 with Dzeko, Vidal, Sánchez, Darmian and then Mkhytarian.
A few young players definitely couldn’t hurt though.
