Austin Watson laughed at the ice cold he had received.
U.S. NHL striker Austin Watson was the eyeball of the Finnish audience at Nokia-Arena.
Viewers apparently remembered Watson’s obscene tactic in the first block, in which he struck the Lion Striker Teemu Hartikaista on.
Watson was also passed to the ice rink in the opening round of the semi-finals when he tackled the Lion defender Sami Vatasta. The verdict was two minutes from the winger.
When Watson went to the ice, the Finnish audience shouted loudly at the American.
Iltalehti asked Watson about the cool, and the man laughed out loud.
– Hah. International matches have different rules than the NHL. He (Vatanen) stopped, Watson said.
The man talked calmly about the other events of the match.
– The loss is deep. At the end of the match, we gave ourselves a chance to win. Their goalkeeper was good and stopped enough shots. The result is disappointing, but this was a good match.

According to the American, it is difficult to get through the formation of the central region of Finland. Watson praised Finland’s real commitment to what it does, and winning the Lions also requires a truly committed team.
The United States played with four “full-blooded” defenders, but Watson didn’t go behind it.
– Those guys are horses. It was a difficult place for them, but each of them played just fine.
Also a US coach David Quinn praised that the team’s defenders gave their all.
– Four defenders is no excuse. The dudes got tired at times and as a result the exchanges stretched. It hurts, but we succeeded too. They (Finland) only scored a couple of goals, Quinn said.
According to Quinn, the United States was prepared for the Lions to try to exhaust their opponents with long attacks.
– We also did not succeed in two killings of force majeure. The exchanges stretched a couple of times, we got tired and we couldn’t get the center blocked. Sorry, but we did a lot of good things.
