In the case of the Teufelsberg Father’s Day drama, there were three arrests!
On Thursday evening, shortly before midnight, two youth groups got into a fight on the Teufelsberg. A 16-year-old was fatally injured with a knife.
In the afternoon hours of Friday, the riot police searched the area around the crime scene on Teufelsseechaussee. Officers found a knife there.
Further investigations led to the trail of three suspects who were involved in the dispute. The main suspect (19) was arrested in his apartment on Brunsbütteler Damm (Spandau). According to the police, the other two are 18 and 15 years old.
While the youngster was released again after the police measures, the two main suspects are to be brought before an investigating judge for the issuance of arrest warrants at the request of the Berlin public prosecutor’s office.
