In any case, one thing is certain: there will be a Tango gas station. This company has about 200 unmanned filling stations in the Netherlands. Tango is known for cheap refueling. In addition to selling petrol and diesel, you can also charge your electric car with a charge card.
A lot not yet known
It is not yet known what the gas station will look like. According to Tango’s PR bureau, the parties involved are still in consultation. In 2018, the municipality assigned the Huyggensstraat in Oosterheem as the site for the new gas station. This location is no longer certain.
It is also not yet clear when construction will start. Normally, the new gas station could be built in about six months. “But because there is now a lot of uncertainty about sufficient personnel and available material, we can’t say anything about this either,” the agency said.
