Arsonists set fire to a pram in a stairwell and put the lives of the residents at risk.
Fortunately, a tenant (32) noticed the heavy smoke in the house on Kantstrasse around 4 a.m.
He warned the residents who escaped from the building and alerted the fire brigade.
Fortunately, firefighters were able to quickly extinguish the fire and no one was injured.
