In 2018, Elton embarked on his Farewell Yellow Brick Road Tour. He was well on his way when corona threw a spanner in the works. Last year he started the rest of the tour in good spirits, but a fall caused another delay.
Just when the many restrictions due to the corona pandemic were lifted and Elton was able to continue with his farewell tour, he was hit by corona himself. He is now cured of that, he tells his followers on Instagram. “After a restful break at home, I’m ready to hit the road again with my Farewell Yellow Brick Road Tour.” On Saturday 27 May and Sunday 28 May 2023, the singer will stop at the Sportpaleis.
