A remains were found near the forest plot at De Kollenberg on Thursday afternoon around 1.30 pm. On Thursday evening at 9.35 pm, the police could report that the first investigation results give reason to think that it concerns the missing Xavier Durlinger.
“There are also strong suspicions that the victim died as a result of a crime,” the police said.
The man from Sittard had been missing since Wednesday evening 11 May.
