2,000 protesters want affordable prices

About 2,000 people have gathered at Nelson Mandelaplein. The unions are calling for reform of the wage standard law.

This law prevents an increase in wages, so that Belgian companies can compete with other countries. But the unions now also want compensation for the employees, especially due to the rising fuel prices.
