This is apparent from a survey by iVox among 2,000 compatriots commissioned by the Construction Confederation. 28% want to work on a renovation and therefore conversion, 17% have building plans and 19% want to buy a home. Renovation is primarily done to create more comfort and not to improve energy performance.
