During this week’s deal, the teams are planning and implementing an active one Mini extreme run for children.
Jaajo Linnonmaa incites the contestants by telling us about the most difficult task in the Deal History in question.

– I haven’t even talked to a child very often during my adulthood, he admits.

– There are a lot of children in Finland who need aids to move around, Jaajo adds.
For this reason, the monetary proceeds of the event will be donated to children with reduced mobility and sports for children with disabilities.

In Sampo, the project manager will take over Vili. The management team has also previously hoped he would take responsibility for the competition.
– The most difficult task in deal history, Meikäläinen is going to pull it off and this is where it will be, Vili comments.
Doran, Mikon and Vili’s work is going well, but not under Vili’s leadership. He himself feels that a good leader gives space to his subordinates and does not step too far on their toes. In reality, Mikko and Dora end up doing most of the work.
– I wish I could tear more of myself, that would be more visible leadership, Vili adds.
However, he thinks it’s better to let Dora and Mikko do their jobs and not get too tangled up in doing them.
– If I did, I’d be a complete idiot.

In front of the management team, Mikko and Dora reveal that making Vili really was completely in the background.
– Yes, we took that plot of land on our own initiative, Dora admits.

Vili says he was just trying to stay on track.
– My strategy was that Dora and Mikko are superstars, I take their full potential and I pray next to myself, he crocheted.
Noora also criticizes Vili for not once offering her own help to other competitors on her own initiative.
