A neighbor dispute in the center of The Hague has gotten so out of hand this week that the police had to take action with an electric shock weapon. One of the neighbors allegedly threatened with a cleaver. When he arrived at the scene, the suspect dropped the knife when he saw the police. Police are sharing images of the arrest on social media.
