The dream of a German-German final in the UEFA Europa League is within reach! Eintracht Frankfurt and RB Leipzig want to take the last step towards the final on Thursday evening. Where will the two semi-final games Eintracht Frankfurt vs. West Ham United and Rangers FC vs. RB Leipzig be broadcast live on TV?
A week ago, both Bundesliga teams won their first leg games in the Europa League semi-finals. RB Leipzig won 1-0 at home against Rangers from Glasgow.
Frankfurt’s Eintracht once again impressed across the board on the European stage, beating West Ham United 2-1 away at the London Stadium. Ansgar Knauff and Daichi Kamada had scored the two goals for SGE, Michail Antonio had scored for the Hammers to equalize in the meantime.
In the knockout phase of the competition, the Hessians eliminated Real Betis and FC Barcelona from the Spanish La Liga and are now considered a serious contender for the title.
Eintracht Frankfurt is dreaming of winning the first international title since triumphing in the UEFA Cup, the predecessor of today’s UEFA Europa League, in 1980.
For RB Leipzig, winning the Europa League would be the first international title ever.
Both decisive second legs of the semi-finals will kick off at 9 p.m. on Thursday evening. Where can the games be seen on TV?
