At least 17 people have been killed in a serious traffic accident in the western Ukrainian region of Rivne, according to local police. Six others were injured. Near the village of Sitne, a lorry, a bus and a petrol tanker crashed into each other yesterday. The vehicles also caught fire afterwards.
