Ukraine failed to reach any agreement with Russia on Monday on the evacuation of civilians from Mariupol, Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Iryna Vereschuk said. Russia said earlier in the day it would open a humanitarian corridor for civilians to leave the besieged Azovstal steel plant in the southern port city.
