Cleaner in Helmond died after an unfortunate fall

A man died on Sunday evening as a result of an accident at the Vlisco factory on Binnen Parallelweg in Helmond. According to a police spokeswoman, the victim had an unfortunate fall during cleaning work and was discovered by two colleagues with whom he was working.

“They called in an ambulance around 10:30 pm and we also arrived on the scene,” said the spokeswoman. Because the police assumes an industrial accident, the Dutch Labor Inspectorate has been called in. He is launching an investigation.
