Students participate in Flemish Wood Test

The VTI Sint-Lucas in Menen, among others, took part. One of the assignments was to make a table out of three different types of wood: beech, oak and pine. The students had ten hours to make the table. A number of supervisors and jury members of the Construction Confederation that organizes the Flemish Wood Test kept an eye on things.

More than 870 students took part in the Wood Test throughout Flanders. In West Flanders there were 250. Winners of the provincial competition can later compete for the Flemish title.
