Accident in Märkisch-Oderland
On Friday afternoon there was a serious traffic accident on the B167 near Falkenberg (Märkisch-Oderland district).
According to initial police investigations, the driver of a Citroën station wagon is said to have driven onto the main road and overlooked an approaching BMW.
The driver of the BMW could not stop and crashed his car into the Citroën. According to initial information, three people were critically injured in the impact.
At least one person had to be cut out of their vehicle by rescuers. The police are now investigating the exact course of the accident.
