Rapper Typhoon worked on his new repertoire at the Muziekgieterij in Maastricht last year. On Friday evening he will kick off his club tour in the Maastricht pop temple and will perform his new music for the first time.
“Few people know how idyllic and international the city is,” says the rapper on L1 Radio. “There are a lot of students who come from all over the country, but also internationally. Few people know how cool it is here.”
Below the radar
The rapper from Zwolle settled in the provincial capital last year to work on new music here ‘under the radar’. “I’m really looking forward to showing my new work now. It’s been two years since I released my last record.”
Limburg stages
Typhoon was shown on Pinkpop in 2015. Later this year he can be admired at another festival in Limburg: ParkCity Live in Heerlen. On Saturday 16 July he will be at the festival in the Heerlen district of Bekkerveld.
