For the first time, mey is launching a beach and resort collection for women in spring/summer 2027 under the title Coastal Bloom. Clear lines, elegant colors and materials of the highest quality characterize the new capsule collection. Inspired by the magic of the sea and the coast, stylish models are created that radiate timeless elegance. Finely shimmering beach qualities in muted, rich tones combined with airy cover-ups give the beach looks a luxurious touch – reserved and yet extraordinary.
The Total Look silhouettes are well thought out, whether for a beach or wellness vacation. All bikini models can be put together individually in Mix&Match and adapt to your own preferences. Halter neck, high apex and bandeau can be combined with fashionable high waist, Brazilian and Y-mini briefs. Their versatile combinations with cover-ups and light loungewear pants, even across segments, arouse great desire and underline the typical mey signature. Stylish, delicate all-over prints adorn the Tropical Lines and Reef Bloom series, which combine the delivery dates into a color unity. Subtle accents can be found in the lovingly designed details, such as hand crochet and embroidery looks, both in the bikini models and in the light loungewear combinations.
The first delivery date is characterized by the colors “argan oil”, “oat milk” and “bamboo garden”. The noble, dark brown tone “argan oil” is the absolute must-have color, which is permanently available in the matt quality Dull and the elegant, shiny quality Shimmer in the seasonal NOS. The Uni series Bare Bliss and Mystic Mirage include permanently available models. During this delivery date, the Bare Bliss models will also be decorated with a blanket stitch edge in “oat milk”. The Shimmer goods from the Mystic Mirage series offer a draped bandeau top with various tie options and four other models. The high waist briefs can also be worn as fold over briefs. The Brasil Briefs are very flexible thanks to their tying options. The High Apex model from the Mystic Mirage series is highlighted by an elegant metal clasp in the middle piece. The swimsuit in this series is also characterized by lovingly crafted details and, as a halterneck version, adorns every décolleté.
The Glitter Splash series features a breathtaking chandelier. The strongly shimmering product skilfully highlights any bikini thanks to its lurex content. In the first delivery date, the glitter effect combines with the seductive green tone “bamboo garden”. This makes the delicate tringle bikini combination an absolute favorite for sun-seekers.
The delicate, floral all-over print from the Tropical Lines series also appears on the background color “bamboo garden”. A special highlight is the placed embroidery print from the Flowery Breeze series. The delicate flowers look stunningly three-dimensional and stand out particularly elegantly against the light kit tone “oat milk”. Nobody can ignore this halterneck high apex model.
Matching loungewear items can be found in the Linen Love series. This mid-summer viscose-linen blend is characterized by its pleasantly soft feel and its light linen structure. The wide, casual trousers, the flattering A-shape top and the boxy V-neck shirt with casually overcut shoulders are the absolute all-rounders of the season. The light jersey quality keeps you cool even on hot summer days. The colors “argan oil” and “linen white” can be freely combined across both delivery dates. Further light cover-up models can be found in the matching web print series Botanical Charm and Palm Tree Garden. The large, fragmented ornament print from Botanical Charm adorns an oversized shirt blouse tunic model and wide Marlene trousers on a satin woven fabric. The light, organza-like woven fabric based on lyocell is decorated with the two-tone print from the Palm Tree Garden series in “oat milk” with “argan oil”. The wallpaper-like all-over print seduces with its beautifully placed palm tree elements. The short cover-up tunic dress with V-neck is an always popular beach companion. The wide trousers are airy and light. The Cover Up Cloth serves as a multi-functional tie, either as a wrap skirt or top and belongs in every beach bag.
In the second delivery date, the colors “midnight navy”, “gentle sky” and “melon fizz” create a fresh, Mediterranean image. The Bare Bliss bikini series is released as a one shot in the light red tone “melon fizz”. The Mystic Mirage series is also supplemented in the shimmer quality in the seasonal NOS in the dark blue tone “midnight navy”.
The Lurex series Glitter Splash is also supplemented in the second fashion tone “midnight navy”. The All Over Print series Reef Bloom shows another floral print with delicate, ornament-like lines on the light background color “gentle sky”. The outlines in “midnight navy” combine with delicate blue and subtle accents in “melon fizz”. A highlight within the series is the halterneck swimsuit with cut-out detail.
In the matching print colors, a large leaf print with light watercolor effects in the cover-up, trousers and scarf can be combined to match the bikini styles. This Lagoon Drift series is printed on a very light cotton voile and is extremely comfortable to wear. In the second delivery date, the models in the Palm Tree Garden series will have a color addition in bright “melon fizz” with “oat milk”. All bikini and swim styles are available in sizes XS – XL. The fit of the bikini tops is subject to mey’s Easy Sizing size grid.
During development, mey focused on special processing details to ensure the perfect fit in mey Easy Sizing. Elastic back details and functional tie options are important mey product features. In addition, a very high-quality interior finish with a light jersey lining and elegant metal clasps with an embossed mey logo are the basic features of these products. However, an absolute innovation is the use of water-repellent pads in the bikini tops, which absorb much less water than conventional foam cups.
