After Lisa’s murder: the government is investigating legalizing the pepper spray canister for vulnerable women

Women who are stalked, are victims of honour-related violence or are at increased safety risk due to other circumstances, may be given permission to carry pepper spray under certain conditions. Minister David van Weel (Justice and Security) will investigate whether this Danish model can also work in the Netherlands.
