Jordanian King Abdullah to Germany for hernia surgery | royals

Doctors in Jordan have advised the king to go to Germany. He is being treated in a hospital that specializes in hernias. Then he has to rest for a week.

Abdullah, 60, has long suffered from pain in his spine. This is partly due to the skydiving that he did for a long time. The pressure on a nerve as a result of a hernia has also become worse lately. Abdullah was in a lot of pain as a result and therefore needs urgent surgery.
