Erik Lamela returns to the operating room to resolve a long-standing problem with his right hip. This time, however, recovery will not be linked to a return to the field, considering that the former right winger of Argentine nationality hung up his boots last season, just 33 years oldafter his last experience with the AEK Athens shirt. Currently, having completed his experience in Almeyda’s technical staff, he is looking with interest at his next job and above all at a life without pain caused by physical problems.
