In the episode, the experimenters have to fight against the Red Man, dressed in red protective gear, without rules. Aitolehti fights himself to exhaustion and breathlessly tells the trainers that he can’t take it anymore. However, the trainers order him back to the ring several times.
In the end, Aitolehti gets permission to leave the assignment. In the yard of the Kokelai base, Aitolehti collapses into a crouch in tears.
Now Aitolehti remembers that moment in its Instagram post.
– I had to face the feelings of anger related to my sister’s death – feelings that I have kept inside for years.
– I already knew in advance that this moment would come at the camp, in a situation involving violence and extreme fatigue. I cried watching the episode. I saw the pain that rose to the surface of me.

Aitolehten Steffi-sister died more than 10 years ago at the age of 22 as a victim of a murder. Aitolehti has openly told the public how his sister suffered from a serious drug addiction and died as a result of an argument over drugs.
Siblings’ mother Anne Aitolehti said in the summer of 2025 Let’s talk about death podcast, that on the fateful night Steffi ran away from the treatment facility to use drugs. According to the mother, the young woman got into an argument about substances with a 54-year-old man, as a result of which the man murdered Steffi.
Martina Aitolehti recalled in May 2025 Martina & Esko podcast about his feelings after Steffi’s funeral. Aitolehti’s partner at the time did not attend his sister’s funeral because of his addiction.
– The funeral coffee was at our house. I remember when all the guests had left, I burst into such an inconsolable cry. This thing was finished and I realized that I live in a relationship with exactly the same situation. I was so broken, Aitolehti said.
– I collapsed on the windowsill. I realized that my partner is somewhere smoking and I had just buried my sister because she was smoking a little, he added.
