Pantone color trends HW22 on the catwalks

Every season, the Pantone Color Institute, Pantone’s trend forecasting and color consulting company, publishes its fashion color trend report. Leatrice Eiseman, executive director of the Pantone Color Institute, explained that the HW22 colors “contrast our competing desires for calm and comfort through a range of calm and restful colors in tandem with exuberant tones of energetic vitality”.

“Because we live in an environment of contradictions, the Fall/Winter 22 shades allow consumers to move fluidly between a range of contrasting shades, allowing them to spontaneously express who they are and how they feel feel on any given day,” Eiseman continued. Here’s how ten designers incorporated seasonal Pantone colors into their fall collections on the runway.
