An exchange of prisoners took place between Ukraine and Russia according to the formula 86 for 86, said Tatyana Moskalkova, Commissioner for Human Rights.
“I confirm that the exchange in the 86 to 86 format has taken place,” the Ombudsman quotes “RIA News”.
On April 1, the deputy head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Kyrylo Tymoshenko, said that 86 military men, including 15 women, were handed over to the Ukrainian side as part of the exchange of prisoners.
