A man threw a knife and other items out of the window in Bergen op Zoom on Monday afternoon. Police say he was confused. He has been arrested.
Officers received a report that someone in a house on the Boulevard would go crazy. When they got there, the man threw down a knife, which landed on the police car. Then the man threw down coffee mugs and smashed a window.
The man is suspected of vandalism and threats.
