Fazer’s new product can take your thoughts to the training equipment of women’s intimate area.

The classic chocolate Geisha has received a new form in Fazer’s processing. It is now sold in the form of a ball under the name Geisha mousse delight chocolate-hazelnut fine confection.
Among other things, the spherical shape known from Green Balls and the name Geisha together can create a wild association of ideas about geisha balls, i.e. aids designed for exercising the muscles of the pelvic floor.
We asked Fazer how the possible combination of ideas was taken into account in the design of the new product.

– The key thing in naming products is that it describes the taste and texture of the product. In the name of the product, we wanted to emphasize the difference between the new product type and the structure of traditional candies, which is why we added the word “mousse” to the name. As part of the launch process, consumer tests were carried out, and the name was selected based on the results of the concept testing, says Fazer sweets communications director Liisa Eerola For Iltalehti.
Eerola says that the product was created because Fazer wanted to introduce a new premium product series that stands out from other Geisha candies.
– The round shape is well used internationally in candies and it fits the mousse filling well. The size of the candy is also slightly bigger than a regular Geisha candy.
