Eva Jinek and her fellow talk show hosts receive a serious warning not to run off with Asmara T., Marco Borsato’s accuser. “None now trial by media all over!

It is unclear whether Marco Borsato will continue his defamation case against his complainant Asmara T. and her mother Nathalie T.. Nathalie was the president of his fan club, and her accusations against the singer started when he dumped her. It is therefore not excluded that there is a revenge component.

‘Not on a talk show!’

Perhaps Marco will keep his cards close to his chest for a while until it becomes clear whether Asmara and Nathalie might still be on a talk show somewhere to get their revenge. They are not happy that Marco has been acquitted and the Public Prosecution Service has decided not to appeal. Eva Jinek could be an option.

Journalist Ton F. van Dijk, who used to be the channel boss of Nederland 1 (now NPO 1), would find this scandalous. “No talk show should have such a conversation now,” he emphasizes X.

Trial by media

Ton believes that you should not give those women a TV stage. “Not because of these women, who are entitled to their story and respect. But: Borsato has been acquitted and there should be great respect for that too. None trial by media now all over.”

Even if the mother in question publishes a book about the case, that should not be a reason for talk shows to put her at the table, according to Ton. “Then don’t give a platform yet.”

Mud slinging

Not all of Ton’s followers agree with him. So says a certain Drs. Just: “Borsato himself started throwing mud in the courtroom and recounting his adventures at their home. I am curious about the ladies’ story. The fact that he has been acquitted does not make him a saint.”

And Johnny: “Culpability has not been proven, but Marco does send dirty messages to the young daughter of the chairman of his fan club. Regardless of whether he has been convicted or not, I would not let young daughters near this man. His interactions with young girls are not normal, he has admitted enough of this.”
