Amazing Race Finland In the latest episode of the program, a task was seen where the contestants had to walk on hot coals. When some of the competitors walked on coals, they were so hot that the competitors got burns from the coals.
One of the contestants who suffered burns is radio host Karoliina Tuominen, who competes with her host partner in the program Mia “Millu” Haatajan with.
Tuominen shared photos on his Instagram account on Saturday, which show his legs covered in bandages.
“Unfortunate accident on the trip, but we’ll move forward with what we’ve been given, and this time we were given charred legs,” Tuominen writes.
Despite the sad situation, Tuominen, in his usual style, has also found humor in what happened. In her photo publication, she has also attached a photo of the outfit of the artist Pehmoaino, aka Aino Morko, at last year’s Emma gala. Morko posed on the red carpet with bare feet and also had some kind of bandages around his feet.
– Pehmoaino goes to Nepal, Tuominen says. As the location of his Instagram publication, he has marked Kathmandu, Nepal, where the Amazing Race program was filmed.
If the publication is not visible, you can view it from this link.
Tuominen states in his publication that mistakes also happen in production. According to him, the most important thing is how to learn from them and how to react to them afterwards.
– I’ve been through this until I’m tired and I’m grateful for all the care and treatment I received on the spot, Tuominen writes.
– Ps. if anyone knows good foot treatments, hmu. Phps the following leg photos will go behind the paywall, Tuominen concludes with a twinkle in his eye.
Tuominen’s publication has gathered strong reactions in the comment field.
– Damn it! journalist Ina Mikkola writes.
– Shocking, says Maria Veitola.
– So disgusting. I don’t understand how a dangerous attitude can cause long-term problems! comments makeup and drag artist Aarni Mikkola.
The topic has also been discussed in the anonymous messaging service Jodel.
– How has this coal mission gone? Is it okay to set tasks where things can really go wrong, one wonders.
– Damn it looked bad, one is horrified.
– So how can they continue? How can you walk on those legs at all before they heal, the third wonders.
Tuominen was not the only competitor who got burns from the task. Earlier in the Amazing podcast, social media influencer Sara Sieppi said that she was forced by her brother Artturi Siepin with to the hospital because they got burns from the task.
– I can tell you that after this epic, competing was just as painful. That is, so much pain that I couldn’t really complain, because it was just as much pain, Sieppi described in the podcast.
The other executive producer of the program, Moskito Television Pauliina Koutala commented on the assignment earlier this week For Helsingin Sanomat.
– We cannot say anything with certainty, but it is obvious that the coals have been too hot for these two couples, Koutala told Helsingin Sanomat by email.
