Vicenza’s short face is becoming a trademark: overcoming a good Ospitaletto with Cuomo’s opening goal (from a corner), the league leaders start running again and do so once again, setting the scoreboard at 1-0 (constant result in the last five successes). They remain 11 points ahead of second place, because Brescia achieve their fourth victory in a row under Corini’s management – with full points since he took over – by regulating Trento: here too it is solved by a defender, Gigi Silvestri, once again as decisive as he was in the last one in 2025. Inter U23 starts again, having not won in six games: double by Nino La Gumina (as in the first leg) to overcome Pro Patria, who did not the newly arrived Desogus was enough to avoid the sixth defeat in a row. Renate is consolidated in the playoff zone, expected on Wednesday from the first leg of the Coppa Italia semi-final against Latina: Foschi’s team gets there well, achieving their third victory in a row on the Giana pitch thanks to Karlsson. Two counterattacks were enough for Lumezzane – 12 useful results in a row – to pass on the Pergolettese field, with the former Caccavo also scoring. AlbinoLeffe also smiles, overturning Pro Vercelli (De Paoli’s 2-1 with time up).

Ravenna got stuck, unable to go beyond the 0-0 draw with Forlì on the evening of Nicolas Viola’s debut as a starter (still the best). One point in the last three games for Marchionni, with Arezzo now able to extend the score to plus four if they win against Pontedera tomorrow, while Ascoli have moved up to within five of second place. In the other match, with the spectacular 2-2 in Sassari (Diakité equalized from the spot late in injury time) the positive streaks of Torres and Campobasso continued: fifth useful result for the Sardinians, fourth for Zauri’s team.

Crotone’s bad moment continues, unlucky on Gomez’s crossbar but then punished by Altamura who scores the shot thanks to Alessio Curcio’s header. Sorrento-Foggia was instead decided by the great left-footed shot from far away (with a deflection) by the Maltese international Shaw, his first start as a starter: Bevilacqua’s second goal in a row was not enough for the former Barilari player, immediately equalized by Sabbatani. After the new penalty, which made them slip into the playout zone, Trapani lost the direct clash in Latina: the center forward Giacomo Parigi was leading Volpe’s team, another cup semi-finalist (along with Potenza and Ternana, who took to the field in advance), with his second consecutive brace (Basti, replacing the suspended Mastrantonio, saved Fischnaller’s penalty in the second half to potentially draw).
