The Ukrainian military has regained control of the entire Kiev region. The Russian troops have completely withdrawn from the cities near the capital. Ukrainian Deputy Defense Minister Hanna Malyar said in a Facebook post. “Irpin, Butsha, Gostomel and the entire Kiev region have been liberated from the occupying forces,” Malyar said. The Russian armed forces would now focus mainly on the east and south of Ukraine.
