The KNMI has issued code yellow due to the snowfall throughout the country. The warning applies all day Friday. The KNMI expects a temporary snow cover of 1 to 3 centimeters during the day, especially in the center and east of the country.
It will also remain wintery on Saturday, and there will be slippery conditions in several places in the country due to freezing of wet roads or (wet) snow.
