“This is about ordering a murder”: Dutch police investigate murder-for-hire site

The Dutch police have launched a second criminal investigation into murder orders via the dark web, which were revealed by RTL News earlier this year. In addition to a case in Rotterdam, the police are now also looking for the person who ordered a murder in the east of the Netherlands. The targets are ordinary people.
