The NHL’s golden boy screamed at the home crowd with his individual performances.

NHL’s most skilled cheater Connor McDavid continued his super effective December against the Vegas Golden Knights.

McDavid scored 1+2 when his Edmonton Oilers beat the Golden Knights 4–3.

The opening goal of the match was guaranteed McDavid quality: the Canadian got the puck From Leon Draisaitl up to speed and crashed into a goal. Golden Knights defenseman Jeremy Lauzon fumbled trying to keep up with McDavid.

Later in the opening set, McDavid looked for speed in his own area and tricked his way between four opponents towards scoring. The second goal didn’t come, but the Golden Knights did Ben Hutton had to take a timeout, during which the Oilers took a 2–0 lead.

McDavid’s assists came in abundance when Ryan Nugent-Hopkins scored the 2–0 and 3–0 goals.

McDavid has now scored 26 power points (12+14) in the 11 games he played in December.

In total, there are 62 power points from this season. McDavid has 137 regular season power points on the steady pace table.

At the moment, McDavid is fighting for the top spot in the scoring market with the Colorado Avalanche by Nathan MacKinnon with. MacKinnon scored two goals the night before Monday as the Avalanche beat the Minnesota Wild.
