Dorcas Hoogeveen is amazed by the increase in thrift store customers: ‘People give it to Dorcas’

The new Dorcas thrift store in Hoogeveen is running like a (high-speed) train. Since the move in September from the old address at Het Haagje to AG Bellstraat, the corridor has been in even better condition. The turnover of, among other things, second-hand books, toys, clothing, tableware and furniture is even significantly greater than in the old building at Het Haagje, chairman Roel Meinen and treasurer Jan Bouwhuis of Dorcas Hoogeveen say.
